My innovative coaching helps my clients improve their eating, hydration, exercise, sleep, stress management, relationships, spiritual connection, oral/dental care, fun and laughter, tobacco use, alcohol consumption, and/or relationships with health-care professionals. I work by phone and computer, and I offer a complementary session so you can see whether it will work for you.
