I represent buyers and sellers in all price ranges for homes and condominiums. One of my goals is to develop a lifetime real estate relationship with my clients. My success as a top producer every year is evidenced by the fact that my past clients call me when they are ready for their next move. My former clients continually refer family and friends to me for help with their real estate needs.
Nancy and I enjoy working with first time home buyers; families relocating to our beautiful area; and those down sizing or up grading. I also enjoy teaching, on a regular basis, Home Buying Seminars for the public.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Washington Association of Realtors, and, the Greater Seattle Business Association.

Real Estate is a complicated, technical and legally changing industry. I take continuous education classes every year. To serve you at a higher level I have earned the following designations:
* e-PRO:Completion of the National Association of Realtors e-PRO technology certification program.
* GRI:Graduate, Realtor Institute, the foundation of all continuing Real Estate education.
* ABR:Accredited Buyer Representative, the bench mark of excellence in buyer representation.This is an important designation, that emphasizes protecting the buyers’ best interest.
* CRS:Certified Residential Specialist is the highest designation awarded in residential sales.Only 5% of all real estate agents have earned this designation.
