The SW Washington GLBT community invites you to experience the 18th
annual Saturday in the Park celebration “Gateway to equality” the
weekend of July 14th. Saturday in the Park provides a family friendly
venue for the safe and open expression of gay, lesbian, bisexual and
transgender people. We seek to increase the awareness, safety, and
education of the entire SW Washington GLBT community. We encourage
all community members to gather, celebrate, acknowledge, and embrace
the importance and value of their efforts, achievements, experiences,
and life. We have partnered with Lyles Myles to promote Aids
awareness.

About Saturday in the Park Pride
Saturday in the Park Pride was founded in 1993 with the first
“Saturday in the Park” Event. It is the longest running, family
friendly Pride celebration in SW Washington and often remains as the
only Pride Event in all of SW Washington. For more information,
